Gandhi Holdings Ltd is holding company with many divisions also Engaged in engineering, Research and Development for industrial automation hardware and software. Manufactured and marketed by other divisions.
Gandhi Holdings Ltd was started in 1979 in the Province of B.C. Canada, since then it has played the role of parent company to many fruitful enterprises mostly in the arena of R&D for unique product development.
The first entry was with hybrid gas electric vehicles in 1985-86. This technology was demonstrated during a cross America during Expo 86 in Vancouver, B.C.Canada.
The next product that was introduced and accepted widely by Shell in North America was fully automated car washes. Now sold in thirty countries under different brand names.
A full fledged turn was taken in 1988 to design and manufacture a complete range of service station automation equipment for full/self serve, fleet, credit, debit card systems. Over the years this product was taken on as the major thrust of the company and the capabilities of the system were extended to monitor petroleum products right from the oil wells down to the end consumer i.e., automobile tanks. Pipeline monitoring, bulk plant loading arm automation, aircraft refueling, additive injection, ATC (automatic temperature compensation), linearised flow measurement non-ATC and ATC, concurrent stock on tank truck, data amalgamation in a very broad picture have all been the pursuits of our in house development.
The range and the application was in house and targeted at the north American market till the late 80’s. During the early 90’s we started to branch out as OEM supplier’s to similar manufacturers, the early entry into the south European market (Greece) and subsequently into Mexico, Ecuador during the early 90’s. The later part of the 90’s got us going into Southeast and main Asian countries mainly India and Vietnam. These markets have proven larger than all others so far.
In 1996 we also designed and started manufacturing venetian and vertical blind manufacturing and automation equipment. The concept and equipment is being marketed as The Blind Factory, this is a turnkey operation for small to medium scale localized and franchised blind factories.
In the petroleum services one of the major projects has been design and implementation of Federated Co-op fuel management right from the bulk depots down to station and heating fuel delivery vehicles. The scope of this covers C store operation, complete pump retrofitting with blender and ATC, credit / fleet card authorization in conjunction with Bank of Montreal and member database including member patronage structures. This system also looks after heating oil delivery to individual homes. Distribution of fuel between depots is also part of the system and it reconciles accounts for a membership base of over 30000 customers.
Automation of International airports for aircraft refueling and maintenance of an international customer database with credit availability checks between major metropolitans.
In 2006 We have got into Retractable Screen business www.bravoscreens.com. Bravo Screens will be the top tear manufacturer of Retractable Screens in North America. We continues to expand its market share through master distributor and We are jointly launching a Dealership program for all of North America and other Countries. |
